Following contact with David Burns at The Economy 7 Company to replace our 25 year old Dimplex heaters, a very professional survey was carried out followed by clear explanation of the product.
The quotation that followed was crystal clear and included removal/disposal of the old heaters, installation of the new Quantums, along with any electrical upgrades required, this enabled us to make a swift decision to purchase.
Davids background as an electrician, rather than sales, enables him to give correct and trustworthy advise without high pressure sale tactics.
David and his team fitted 4 new Quantum heaters and 3 Q Rads to our 4 Bedroom home without any fuss or mess and within the day.
Our home is now effortlessly warm, also the heaters look modern and stylish.
I can highly recommend David for his professional and excellent service. Thank you David!

I have known David Burns for several years and have always been impressed with his attention to detail and adherence to manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines. I don’t often recommend any installer for GDHV Products, but David is the exception and his knowledge of energy saving electric heating products is first class.

A great professional and helpful service

David from Economy 7 replied to our interest and provided a great introduction to the options available to replace our storage heaters working off the economy 10 tariff on his visit and site survey. The quote we got was really great allowing us to select different options in the quote by room and type of heater too. Allowing us to choose with no hassles or pressure.
The agreed installation date was agreed and David and his friendly team arrived and quickly and professional installed the Dimplex Quantum QM150, QM100 Storage Heaters and also updated our electric fuse box (which was optional in our case but a great price) . The heaters are great come on when you want them come and respond to the room temperatures, look great and modern. David also explained questions we had about them on his follow up call. A great professional service who we would highly recommend. Thank you
