We had all our old storage heaters replaced in November by David and his team. They were a pleasure to deal with. I’d have no hesitation in recommending both their tidy and professional working methods, product advice, but also the Quantum heaters themselves, which are a vast improvement on the old technology both in terms of money and temperature comfort.

I left a strong recommendation and positive feedback in May 2018 having had David and his team fit 4 Quantum and 3 QRAD heaters and I said I would update this feedback once we had operated the heaters during the winter months.

We have now used the heaters over the last 3 months and are very impressed. They have provided a quick, on demand heat, downloaded at the cheaper night storage rate. Having checked my electricity bills and taking into account that we now barely use our wood burning stove, we are heating the house for less and it’s much warmer. The heaters are easy to programme and use and look modern and smart.

So in conclusion, I would strongly recommend Dimplex Quantum heaters and the Economy 7 Company to anybody; we are really pleased we went with them.
