I was so impressed with every aspect of the service provided by David and his team from the Economy 7 Company and would recommend them most highly.
David is a highly experienced electrician with a thorough understanding of all aspects of the surveying, fitting and operating of the Dimplex Quantum and QRAD range. He responded quickly and effectively to all of my queries providing easily understood advice as an expert practitioner, not as a pushy salesman. We went for 4 Quantum Heaters downstairs and 3 QRAD heaters upstairs in our 3 bedroom house. David and his team made an excellent job on the day of fitting, producing a really high class job and taking extra time to explain what they were doing and leaving easily understood operating instructions. David was helpful and polite throughout and quite frankly it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him – thank you so much.
So in summary, I would strongly recommend Dimplex Quantum heaters and the Economy 7 Company to anybody.

Very happy with the service from the initial booking and survey right through to installation.
After a issue with our water system David from The Economy 7 Company came out within 2 hours and helped with the problem we had even though it had nothing to do with the heaters installed.
The Quantum Heaters and Qrad we had installed in our house look great, we are over the moon with the job and really pleased the one in the lounge was moved to help with our furniture layout…
The fact the The Economy 7 Company came well in advance of the installation date to remove the old heaters so our new carpet could be fitted just shows the attention to detail we have received.

The reason I called out to take a look at the water heater issue was to meet the service engineer who gave me some advise on a voltage back feed from the water tank. This was found when we were completing our testing of our installation, as a duty of care I felt it my responsibility to make sure this problem was dealt with as soon as possible and as it happens its this is a common problem with this type of water storage system.
