Excellent from start to finish

I had 4 Quantum heaters fitted replacing old style storage heaters and am delighted with the difference they have made. I couldn’t have wished for a better company to deal with from start to finish, very professional but also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Best service ever from Dave and team. He went the extra mile for us as we had a problem with the electric meter and dave spoke to the electric company on our behalf for them to come and fix the problem which was not in his remit but he did it anyway. Great service and a great company. Special mention to Hannah who is always at the end of the phone and really helpful. Thanks again.

We had a heater fitted by Dave (who arrived on time) we thought the heater had a problem so Dave came back to solve the problem and discovered it was with the electric meter. He spoke to the electric company on our behalf and arranged for them to come out and fix the problem. This was not in his remit to do but he followed it through for us and went the extra mile, we cannot recommend the company enough…Thank you very much.

From the initial survey to the final installation the service has been excellent. David recommended 3 Quantum heaters for our 1 Bed flat. There was no hard selling, just very informative advice. The works were carried out in a very tidy and orderly fashion and when finished you wouldn’t have known he had been. I would also like to say thank you to Hannah in the office for her help and very pleasant and professional telephone manner.
